Evelyn's collects certain personal information from our clients for the purpose of helping our clients with their special needs. The personal information we collect includes name, address, phone number, birth date, reason for purchasing at Evelyn's, and if applicable, Manitoba Health number.

We make every attempt to keep our records of personal information as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as possible. As always, confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us, and personal information is not disclosed to anyone, except with the consent of our clients or as required by law. Only authorized personnel have access to clients' personal information.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the clients' needs. Clients may request to be removed from our files if they no longer need or wish to use our services. Clients may have their personal information amended if necessary.
