Wigging In & Wigging Out - A One Day HAIR FAIR was held on September 27,
2007 at Canad Inns Club Regent Casino Hotel. The support received was tremendous, with many clients dropping in throughout the day.

- The WBO Tulips & Tea Fashion Show was held Sunday, April 22, 2007 at the Fort Garry Hotel. Proceeds from the Fashion Show went to 'Helping Hands for Manitobans with Breast Cancer Inc.', a charitable organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for Manitobans who require financial aid during their struggle with breast cancer.

OÙ-LA-LA was a great success!
A PREMIERE FASHION SHOW OF DESIGNER WIGS AND HATS held on Sunday, June 12, 2005 at the Inn Seine Bar & Niteclub, Dawson Trail Motor Inn in Lorette, MB raised $1700.00 for St. Boniface Hospital & Research Foundation for cancer research.
Sponsored by Evelyn Valcourt of Evelyn’s Wig Sales & Service, Josette & Mike Roch of Dawson Trail Motor Inn – Inn Seine Bar & Niteclub and Dan Guetre at the Dawson Trail Dispatch, the event featured more than 20 models wearing the latest styles of wigs and hats. Approximately 125 people attended the event, which also included a Silent Auction, Door Prizes, and a BBQ Chicken Dinner.

Evelyn is a Continuing Education instructor on hair loss and its related issues. She has participated in public education displays at hospitals, shopping malls, health conferences and cancer-related conferences, and has been a guest speaker for high school and hairdresser programs to educate students about hair loss.
